Reasons Why Employees Leave Their Jobs

Did you know that 57% of employees have considered leaving their jobs because of a coworker they did not get along with? This is according to a recent survey by BambooHR. Here are the reasons why employees are leaving their jobs and what Material Handling Automation companies can do to keep them from going. We will also look at the things that employees don’t like about their coworkers and what employers can do to address those issues.
