Director of Business Development | Intralogistics
A growing company in the warehouse automation space is seeking a Director of Business Development to help expand its U.S. presence.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can build strong relationships with systems integrators and stay involved as opportunities move from early conversations into defined projects.
The Director of Business Development will develop new accounts, collaborate with engineering teams on initial scope and proposals, and help turn opportunities into awarded work. The ideal candidate will understand technologies such as AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and AS/RS and be comfortable discussing both the commercial and technical sides of a project.
Location: Remote within the U.S.
Travel: Approximately 40–50%
Compensation: Base salary + commission/bonus
Candidates with experience selling into the warehouse automation integrator community and a strong background in new business development are encouraged to reach out to learn more confidentially.
